Only 20 miles west of Wichita is one of the country's top sailing lakes with a premiere sailing facility where you and your family can experience the fun and adventure of sailing.
Since 1965 the Ninnescah Sailing Association has been promoting the green sport of sailing in south-central Kansas. Our campus, located at Sailboat Cove on Cheney Reservoir, boasts hundreds of wet and dry sailboat storage facilities, a large activity center, beautiful sand beaches and much more.
Starting is easy
Don't know how to sail? No problem. Our certified instructors teach dozens of youth and adults of all ages to sail every year.
We make it easy - learning to sail is fast, fun and inexpensive.
Sailing is for everyone
Sailing is surprisingly affordable. The NSA is an open-membership, non-profit organization, and a community of sailing enthusiasts of all ages, occupations and backgrounds - novices to national champion racers.
